Bridges from the Past

In 1991 Abby and her new spouse, Jazz were on a Halloween quest. Abby had found the perfect antique black velvet witch hat shopping around Chicago’s best known vintage clothing stores, Decadence Flash. It was more of a Victorian woman’s mourning hat, but she had a way of taking things apart and making them work as needed. She had an even older Victorian black dress of mourning, that she brought with her from Louie’s Vintage store in Memphis. To finish her witchy garment was a long black velvet cape she received from a Goth punk friend as a wedding gift.
